The 8300 series is designed for the customer who desires a pistol grip pneumatic screwdriver which fits the operator's hand ergonomically. It is balanced so the nose does not dip downward when not used in conjunction with a tool balancer. The unique feature of the 8300 series is that it allows the customer to push the bit into the screw without having the drive mechanism engage until the trigger is pulled. This prevents the operator from inadvertently damaging the finish of the product. However, once the torque value has been reached, the tool will shut off automatically. The lever forward/reverse allows the operator a simple left-right movement to change directions simply and easily. Our customers have enjoyed using this quality U.S. built tool over the past five years.

The 8300 series uses part number 5450-5455 (see graphics to left.) clutch which can be set at the factory, if requested. Any clutch or tool set at the factory will receive a certificate of calibration sheet which is N.I.S.T. traceable.
