After
credit responsibility has been established with Standard Pneumatic
& Electric Tool Company, terms are net 30 days from date of invoice.
A finance charge will be applied to all invoices not paid within 30
days. Unestablished accounts require payment in advance or C.O.D. |

| Shipping |
All domestic shipments are FOB Fair Lawn, New Jersey, USA, by United Parcel Service unless otherwise specified. All international shipments are FOB Fair Lawn, New Jersey, USA, to be shipped as specified by purchaser. |

| Warranty |
All Standard
Pneumatic & Electric Tool Company tools are guaranteed to be free
of defects in material and workmanship. This warranty is void if the
product has been misused or repaired by anyone other than an authorized
Standard Pneumatic representative. Please refer to individual tool
pages for lengths of warranty. |

Returned
Goods |
Any
product returned to Standard Pneumatic & Electric Company for
repair, evaluation, or exchange must be by an assigned Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) tracking number. Unauthorized returns
will be refused. |

Restocking
Charges |
Products
returned for credit must also have an assigned RMA
tracking number, and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returns
