Standard Pneumatic & Electric Tool Company will produce special
bits, sleeves and C.S. & W.'s for our customers upon request.
The order quantity would always be a minimum of 25 pieces with
no exceptions due to cost of manufacturing. The standard lead-time
for any special build is 8 to 12 weeks from acceptance of request.
We will also need to know if the special bit is a standard or
modified wrap and if the terminal hole depth needs to be deeper
or shallower than the normal depth.
We will require the following materials and information in order
to determine whether or not we can produce this special tool(s)
for your application. If we do not receive the items requested
below we will not be able to evaluate your request and no action
will occur on your request until all items are received.
1) You will need to send us at least 15 individual terminal posts
or terminal post block or mini terminal post block.
2) You will need to send us at least 10 to 15 feet of your wire
for testing purposes.
